The Authentica ‘Training
for Trainers’ Course
Now available 20 to 22 February 2008.
This two-and-a half day course is
appropriate to staff who deliver internal training in their
companies (such as induction training for new employees, technical
training in production methods, and training in more general topics
like hygiene* or IT).
It is designed to optimise the skills of these trainers. The course
emphasises the practical, rather than the theoretical, enabling
participants to gain confidence in using proven training techniques.
It includes tutoring, demonstrations and participant practice
sessions. This helps the development of skills that match the
individual’s personality and style. All of this is achieved in a
safe and accepting environment that enhances the learning
experience.
The Authentica
‘Training for Trainers’ course is certificated.
*Prospective participants may wish to become an approved Authentica
trainer for the Authentica ‘Everyday Hygiene’ course. For further

telephone +44 (0)1902 850044.
The price of this course is £700
