The Authentica 'Hygiene Management Skills' Course

20 to 23 January 2009

This three-and-a-half day certificated course is offered for managers, in hygiene-sensitive production facilities, working with or developing systems aligned to one of the British Retail Consortium Global Standards. It is appropriate for recently appointed 'designated managers' (as required by the BRC Global Standards), their deputy and those with more experience. The course content is also relevant to ISO22000, a standard that is being adopted by some sectors of the packaging industry in the UK and in Europe.

The Authentica HACCP Workshop,

incorporating Hazard and Risk Management (HARM*)

 

BRC and ISO Standards (such as ISO22000) require the application of HACCP to develop Food Safety and Hazard and Risk based management systems.  Authentica has long taken a lead in offering pragmatic and practical solutions; these form the basis of this workshop.  A combination of practical exercises - including shop-floor assessments in your own factory - and preparation of actual HACCP documentation, assure a successful outcome.
